Crabby Apple bites Big Apple over TM
New York City, universally known as The Big Apple, is facing a lawsuit from Steve Jobs’ Apple Computer Inc. for, of all things, trademark infringement.
I think maybe, just maybe, that the Big Apple has some prior art on the Big Asshat. But even without all that, the logos aren't similar, they aren't in the same or similar market space.
