Fried Mac and Cheese is pretty easy to make. Prepare some baked mac and cheese like normal, but a little thinner. Refrigerate then cut into two-bite sized triangles. Batter the triangles and deep fry, serve hot. I'll try to do a blog post on this sometime complete with tasty pictures. In Texas we’ll fry anything.
