I’ve finally made a decision on which camera to buy. Now I just need to scrounge up the cash.
It’s got a nice set of features, includung in body shake reduction and a good image processor. While it’s only 6.1MP it’s price ($624) is hard to argue with and it’ll get me back to taking pictures sooner.
[update] Scott upgraded to a Canon EOS 30D so I’m buying his old camera, a Canon Rebel.

When you get that camera, definitely let us know how you like it. I’ve read (and seen) that this camera tends to have more noise at higher ISOs than the other cameras in its class. Other than that, it should be a great camera.
